Important note for redeeming Pond Points: When you place your order your card is authorized for the full amount. This temporarily removes the funds from your account. When your order ships your card is actually charged for the reduce total. This presents the potential for double the amount to be temporarily removed from your account. If you have any questions about this process please contact your bank. The Water Garden LLC will not be responsible for banking charges related to funds that were temporarily unavailable.
The Water Garden's Pond Points Program Works
Water Garden's Pond Points program is designed to reward you,
our loyal customers. Members of the program will receive:
Points on every purchase. Every dollar spent (not counting
shipping or tax) earns one point. Every 20 points earned can
be redeemed for $1.00 off of a purchase when you choose to redeem
the points. Points cannot be earned when purchasing gift certificates
or along with any other specials where it is stated that points
will not be given.
Pond Points can be accrued for up to one year. Any unused Pond Points will expire and a new tally will start at the first of the month in which you sign up. Example: Sign up for the Pond Points program on October 8, 2010, and any unused points earned before October 1, 2011 will expire on that date. Starting on October 1, 2011 a new tally will begin with points set to expire on October 1, 2012.
To redeem your accrued Pond Points, place
your order in the usual manner (including your credit card information).
Be sure to select the appropriate option in the "Pond
Points Member" drop-down list on the "Review
and Submit" page during the checkout process.When
we process your order, we will deduct the value of your Pond
Points from the total amount of the order. The amount not covered
by your Pond Points will be charged to your credit card. The
amount deducted from your order will be reflected on your receipt
that arrives with the order, but will not be shown on email
Discounts and specials for Pond Points Members only.
These Pond Points specials will be announced to members via
email at various times during the year.
Orders must be placed via our online shopping cart
to earn or redeem Pond Points.
As of January 1, 2006, you must have a registered
account to have points added to your account or to use Pond
Points. You may join the Pond Points program by submitting
the requested information in the above form. Then you can register
during the checkout process when you make your first purchase
from us. The advantage to joining the program now is that you
will be eligible for Pond Points member specials that may be
offered before your first purchase.
Pond Points members who have registered
may check Pond Points account by logging in (link above search
box near the top of the left column) and clicking on the "Check
Pond Points Account" link above the Pond Points logo near
the bottom of the left column. (Please note that during
our peak season it may take up to 1 week after your order has
been shipped for new points to be shown or for used points to

are later returned will be removed. Items returned after the points
earned from that purchase have been redeemed will have the discounted
amount deducted from the credit. Points

to change or discontinue the Pond Points Program at any time.
